Trakka Systems Enhances Polish Maritime Search and Rescue Capabilities with TC-300M-E Imaging Systems

September 9, 2026

Ärla, Sweden (September 9, 2026) – Trakka Systems, a global leader in Critical Vision Technologies, has received a purchase order from Poland’s Maritime Search and Rescue Service (MSPiR) for TrakkaCam® TC-300M-E gyro-stabilized imaging systems. The first two systems have been delivered and will support maritime search and rescue operations in the Baltic Sea, providing crews with advanced electro-optical and infrared imaging capabilities for demanding coastal and offshore missions.

Advanced Imaging for Baltic Sea Search and Rescue

MSPiR is Poland’s national maritime search and rescue organization, responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating search and rescue operations at sea. The service maintains continuous readiness to respond to maritime emergencies and operates rescue resources along Poland’s Baltic coast.

The TrakkaCam TC-300M-E systems will provide enhanced situational awareness for crews conducting critical missions, including search and rescue, vessel identification, maritime surveillance, and the detection and recovery of persons in distress. The system’s advanced stabilization and multi-spectral imaging capabilities provide clear, stable imagery during challenging operating conditions, including nighttime and reduced visibility.

Trakka and Kewatec Partnership

The TC-300M-E systems are being integrated onto vessels manufactured by Kewatec Shipyards, a leading Finnish builder of high-performing aluminum vessels for professionals. Trakka Systems has an established relationship with Kewatec, with the two companies having previously collaborated on maritime installations.

The continued partnership brings together Kewatec’s specialized maritime platforms and Trakka’s advanced imaging technology to provide end users with integrated solutions designed for demanding maritime missions.

“We are very pleased to continue our relationship with Kewatec on this project and to provide TrakkaCam systems for Poland’s Maritime Search and Rescue Service,” said Armen Aghinyan, Director of European Business Development, Trakka Systems. “These systems will provide valuable enhanced imaging and situational awareness capabilities that will support the critical search and rescue missions conducted by MSPiR throughout the Baltic Sea.”

The collaboration further expands Trakka Systems’ growing presence in maritime search and rescue and demonstrates the flexibility of TrakkaCam technology across demanding marine applications.
