TRAKKA SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES AN EIGHT YEAR MILESTONE WITH THE US CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION AS-350 AND UH-60 (BLACKHAWK) FLEETS

Moorabbin, Australia – Trakka Systems is pleased to announce completion of the eight-year milestone with the US Customs and Border Protection on the AS-350 and Uh-60 aircraft. The US Customs first began integration of the Trakkabeam A800 in 2008 on the AS-350 fleet and quickly began retrofit plans for the UH-60 Blackhawk fleet with an AWR at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.  

With the release of the AWR for the Blackhawks, the A800 has become a critical part of the US Customs mission suite and is now considered part of the baseline equipment. To complete their missions, the US Customs requires equipment that is extremely reliable and performance that is second-to-none. The A800 has exceeded this standard and proves itself with every successful mission.
